Archery
(August 9, 2008)

The Shire of Lagerdamm invites all SCA Archers to join Will Drynock on a Hunt in the King's Forest of Lagerdamm. Deer and other wild game (3-D targets) is needed to provide meat for the Aphar Faire Feast and can be found in abundance in the woods surrounding the Shire. The feast is promising to be a grand one and the archers of Lagerdamm are in need of fellow hunters to provide for the table. Registration for the hunt will be at the archery field beginning at the ninth hour of the morning and will last until 9:45 with the Hunt beginning at 10:00. Please come and help provide for all the good gentles attending Aphar Faire and a chance to brag your skills as a hunter.

The afternoon will find the good Archers of Gleann Abhann embroiled in a Known World Inter Kingdom Archery Competition (IKAC) with a chance to join the roles of the Known Worlds Archers and a chance to compete at Gulf Wars. The IKAC will also provide an opportunity to officially shoot two (2) Royal Rounds and enter the Kingdom's Archery Level Program based on Royal Round scores.

Come and join the comeraderie always found on the archery range of Lagerdamm with the likes of Kolr Bogsveigir, John the Grizzly and Thomas of Lagerdamm.
